These terms govern use of disfastilo.buzz and services provided by Disfastilo, Maximilianstraße 35, 80539 Munich, Germany.
Services
Disfastilo provides workspace planning, advisory, and flexible office sourcing in Munich. Specific deliverables and fees are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
Quotes and payment
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access for site visits and project delivery. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect timelines and costs.
Third-party providers
Flexible workspace memberships and landlord leases may involve separate terms with partner operators. Disfastilo facilitates introductions but is not liable for third-party service failures beyond our planning scope.
Intellectual property
Planning documents prepared by Disfastilo remain our property until full payment is received, after which clients receive a licence to use them for the agreed project.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in Munich have jurisdiction for business clients unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
